Caravans are complex. Many components are provided by other manufacturers. For example Chassis, Suspensions, Televisions and Refrigerators are not manufactured by Hotomobil and carry their own warranties. Hotomobil installs every item in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s instructions. If a supplier warranty issue arises, Hotomobil will help an owner make a warranty claim to these individual component manufacturers Your warranty commences on the day you collect your caravan. If you require assistance, all warranty repair work must be approved by Hotomobil after information and carried out by a selected repairer after notifying Hotomobil. Please Note: Hotomobil is here to assist you in any way we can. If a problem arises and you are having difficulties contacting any of the suppliers, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. We will endeavour to help you throughout any part of this process for you. Cost of the warranty This warranty is being issued at no additional cost to the customer. If an optional extension of the warranty period is desired, the 2-year warranty period can be increased to 4 years by simply purchasing a warranty extension when purchasing the product. Issuing Agent The warranty is fully backed by RESTAR Automotive Tourism Industry Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc. Significant Characteristics of this warranty You are covered against any structural failure to the Caravan due to workmanship and the material itself. The structural warranty includes, walls, furniture, roof, electrical and plumbing. Limits & Liabilities The maximum amount payable whilst this Warranty is in force for the total of all claims, shall not exceed the Market Value of the Caravan at the time of claim, as determined by Hotomobil. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
