AWNINGS
SECTION 7.1 Awning Basics and Berhimi M22
The Berhimi M22 is a manually operated awning mounted on the side panel of the vehicle. Its cassette protects the fabric and mechanical parts, and the UV-resistant fabric is water repellent.

Opening the awning
Check the wind, slope and obstacles, and choose a safe area. Attach the manual crank handle and slowly turn it to open the awning outward. When the awning is fully open, turn the handle until the fabric is taut. Make sure both sides open evenly. Secure the awning foot to the ground or place the support pole at the right point.
Closing the awning
Loosen the fasteners or lift the awning foot. Slowly roll the fabric inward with the manual crank, keeping the movement controlled and balanced. When the awning is fully retracted, close the cassette cover and check that it is locked.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
When you receive the cabin, check that the crank handle and securing stakes are complete. An unsecured awning can be damaged by wind. Close and secure the awning during long-term parking and in strong wind. Make sure the awning is fully closed before departure.
