Water system The water pump is not working. Possible causes are a blown pump fuse, low battery voltage or an empty system, since the pump prevents dry running. It is normal for air to be present when new water is added; open the taps one by one to release it. Running the pump dry can cause damage. Solar charging system The solar panel is not charging. There is rarely a single cause. Check, in order: insufficient sunlight, a dirty or covered panel surface, the MPPT charger disabled, battery voltage too low or too high, a blown solar fuse, and broken cable or connector connections. The sun is out but it still will not charge. Check for shadows on the panel, a dirty surface, whether the MPPT status LEDs are active, and whether the solar input is visible on the control panel. If the battery is already full, charging stops automatically; this is not a fault. A solar panel is an energy support system, not a charging guarantee like the city grid. It is normal for the panel not to charge on cloudy days or in winter, when the sun is low and days are short. Even a small shadow from an antenna, luggage or a branch can significantly reduce efficiency. In winter, the main power source should be the city grid or the alternator, with solar as support. GENERAL SOLAR REMINDERS Accident and body repair Can the cabin body be repaired? Yes. The cabin bodies are made of composite (polyester/GRP) material and can be repaired. Surface cracks and dents can be repaired locally, while load-bearing areas require technical evaluation. Not every service centre can repair cabin bodies, and the manufacturer’s technical approval must be obtained before repair, because incorrect work can compromise water tightness and affect warranty coverage.
