Important Maintenance Notice Sealant Maintenance

To ensure the continuation of your caravan’s warranty, it is mandatory to have the sealant (mastik) maintenance performed annually and to document this service. Proper sealant maintenance significantly enhances the vehicle’s water tightness, preventing potential water leaks that can cause extensive damage to the vehicle. Failure to perform and document annual sealant maintenance may result in voiding the warranty and increased risk of severe water damage to your caravan. Please ensure that this critical maintenance is conducted regularly to protect your investment and maintain the integrity of your caravan.

Information/Warning on Polyester and Gelcoat

We use the highest quality yacht technology materials to ensure the lightness and high strength of our products. However, certain characteristics are inherent to polyester and gelcoat materials. Polyester and gelcoat are materials that provide high flexibility and durability. Nevertheless, there may be occasional cracking and flexing, particularly on the gelcoat surface. The primary cause of gelcoat cracks is impacts that may come from the opposite direction to the cabin. These cracks can be repaired with gelcoat repair methods. While polyester resin and fiberglass are very flexible and robust materials, we use the thinnest casting methods to achieve the lightness of our products. Therefore, some flexing and deformations may be observed. It is important to understand that our cabin shell is not metal, and certain aesthetic issues may arise due to usage or harsh climate conditions. The situations described above are characteristics inherent to polyester and gelcoat materials and do not negatively affect the product’s performance or durability. In light of this information, we recommend managing your expectations accordingly and being aware of the potential aesthetic changes you may encounter.
